How can I make a reservation?

What amount do I have to pay to make a reservation?
You must prepay 20% of the total amount and the remaining balance must be paid on the pick up date.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation through email or chat (depending on how you booked). Please make sure to check your spam folder.
Can I choose the model of the rental car ?
Unfortunately, No, you can’t. We can only guarantee you a car from a specific group you chose. That's why we always write next to the car model you have selected “or similar car”.
Is a credit card required to book a rental car?
No, you don't need a credit card to make a reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any given time. Please be aware that you can cancel your reservation for free 48 hours prior to your car pick up time.
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your car pick up time, your deposit can not be refunded.
If you cancel your prepaid reservation within 48 hours, a refund of 50% of your payment is possible.
How old do I have to be to rent a car from your company?
You have to be 21 years of age and have held a driving licence for at least one year for A,B,C car categories.
You have to be 25 years of age and have held a driving licence for at least two years for D and E car categories.
Rental car Pick up & Return FaQs
What should I do if I get to the meeting point earlier than the pre arranged time or if I can't see a company representative?
You will have to remain at the meeting point until our employee comes and picks you up, or you can get in touch with us to give you further instructions.
How many drivers can drive the rental car?
The maximum number of drivers in a rental agreement are four. Our prices always include one additional driver for free. If you would like to add a third or forth driver to the rental agreement, the surcharge is only €3/day/driver.
Do I need an international drivers license?
An international driving licence or an official translation according to the requirements of the Greek law is additionally required if the driving licence is not written in Latin or Cyrillic characters.
Do I need a credit card to pick up my rental car?
No, You don't need a credit card to pick up your rental car. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I collect my rental car out of office hours?
You can pick up your rental car 24/7, though be aware that there are surcharges for specific out of office times.
For car pick ups between:
- 22:30-01:00 surcharge = 25€
- 01:15-5:50 surcharge = 35€
- 06:00-7:45 surcharge= 25€
Can I return the rental car with less fuel than when I received it?
Yes, you can but we don't recommend it. You will have to pay the difference of the fuel level on the return of the car.
How will I meet you when I arrive at any Cretan Airport or Port?
You will find all the information on how and where to meet our employee in your booking confirmation.
Can I pay with a credit card of a person that is not present when I collect the car?
Unfortunately you can’t. The person who will pay with his/her Credit card has to be in the rental agreement and has to be at the time of the car pick up.
Are there additional charges if I return the car late?
Yes, there are. An unauthorised late return is subject to a surcharge. If you need to prolong your rental for 1-2 hours please contact us and we may be able to offer an extension for free.
Can I return my car earlier ? Will I get a refund?
Yes, you can return your rental car earlier but you have to inform us forehand.
Unfortunately, a refund for early car return is not possible.
Can I add extra Insurance at the time I will pick up the rental car?
Yes, you can. You can purchase additional insurance when you pick up the car.
How can I extend my booking once I have picked up my car?
If you want to extend your car rental you have to contact us via chat email or phone call as soon as possible. The booking extension depends on rental car availability at the given time.
Can I return the car dirty?
Yes, you can but we would not appreciate it. Dirtying of the vehicle's interior in excess to what is considered to be of reasonable and careful use can lead to a cleaning fee up to €120.
What documents should I have with me when I will pick up the rental car?
When you will pick up the car please have with you a valid driver's license, a valid ID or passport
Rental car FaQs
Can I get my rental car delivered to my accommodation?
Yes, you can. If your accommodation is located within our service areas your rental car will be delivered for free. If not, an additional cost may apply.
Can I drive the rental car off road?
Unfortunately, you can’t. Driving the car off asphalted roads is prohibited.
Is there a limit to the kilometres I can drive with the rental car?
No, there is no limit. You can drive as many kilometres as you want.
What should I do when I have my rental car breakdown?
In case of car breakdown, please call us immediately and we will provide you with the appropriate guidance and support.
Can I smoke inside the rental car?
Unfortunately, No. Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. In case of smoking inside the car the driver of the car will be held responsible and will be fined a cleaning fee up to €200.
What happens if I lose the car key?
If you lose the key of the car you will be held liable and you will have to pay the cost of retrieval, repair, replacement and transportation of a new key.

What insurance packages do you offer?
We do offer 2 different insurance packages:
- Full Insruance with excess
- Full Insurance without excess

What is the difference between Full Insurance with excess and Full Insurance without excess?
The difference between Full Insurance with 500€ Excess and Full Insurance with 0€ Excess is the price and your legal share in case of damage to our rental car.
Full Insurance with Excess is always included for free in your booking and has an legal share(excess) in case of damages to the rental car of 500€ ( except for D1,E1,E2 and F1 groups, 800€)
Full Insurance with 0€ Excess covers your legal share in case of damage to the rental car.
The price for this insurance is 5€ /day for A, B, C car groups, 7€/day for D and 10€/day for D1, D2, E1, E2, F1 & F2 Groups
